Open Up’s mission is to expand access to wellbeing through inclusive movement and mindfulness education, centering people with disabilities as we build community and create spaces where everyone belongs. Our programs are open to all who identify as having a disability and those who do not. They are for everyone.

Our Programs

Through inclusive, engaging, enjoyable activities—such as yoga, movement, breath work, dance, games, and more—participants learn and explore new tools to help navigate social settings.

Open Schools

Building inclusive, mindful learning environments for students, educators, and schools.

Open Spaces

Creating and sustaining physical and relational spaces that foster belonging, regulation, and inclusion. Our studio research, classes, and consultations all live within this branch.

Open Training

Training and enrichment experiences that support inclusive, mindful communities—including yoga teachers, corporations, nonprofits, disability-serving organizations, schools, and public agencies.

    We’re excited to partner with Evolve Coaching for Social Practice: No Pressure Edition through Remake Learning—a space for youth to build confidence in communication through low-pressure, supported practice.

    This session centers disabled & neurodivergent youth and welcomes anyone who could benefit from practicing:
     • Talking about themselves
     • Asking questions
     • Navigating confusing social moments

    All participation is optional and choice-based.
