Thank You to The Grable Foundation for Supporting Our Fall Yoga Club

Yoga Club attendees practice imaginative play with props at Free Play Time while Open Up staff support.

We are deeply grateful to the Grable Foundation for their generous support of our upcoming Fall Yoga Club. Their investment helps us expand access to movement, mindfulness, and community for young people in our region.

At Open Up, we believe that every young person deserves opportunities to build confidence, regulate stress, and experience joy in their bodies. Our Yoga Club programs create spaces where students can move, breathe, and connect in ways that support both wellbeing and learning. Through simple mindfulness practices, accessible yoga, and playful movement, students build skills that help them navigate school, relationships, and everyday challenges.

Support from The Grable Foundation makes this work possible. Their commitment to youth development and educational equity across the Pittsburgh region continues to strengthen programs that help young people thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Because of this grant, we will be able to bring Fall Yoga Club programming to students who might not otherwise have access to these experiences. Participants will learn practical tools for managing stress, strengthening focus, and cultivating self-awareness—all while building community with their peers.

We are honored to partner with The Grable Foundation in creating environments where young people feel supported, empowered, and connected.

Thank you, Grable Foundation, for believing in the importance of wellbeing, inclusion, and joyful movement for the next generation.

Together, we are helping young people discover that their breath, their bodies, and their communities can be powerful sources of strength.
