Staff feature: Meet Anna!

This week, we’re highlighting Anna Marshall, our Director of Schools & Studio!

Her role at Open Up is to support the development and growth of our studio and schools programming. That means delivering programs in these spaces, scheduling, supporting part time staff, and resolving any problems that might arise.

“Open Up’s mission is important to me because I believe that everyone should have access to things that bring them joy,” Anna says. “I want everyone to be included and supported so that they may feel safe in any environment I’m also in.”

Her favorite way to practice mindfulness is by practicing yoga herself. “I love to be able to go to a yoga class to decompress and not be the teacher!” Anna says.

A fun fact about Anna: She loves to hike and explore nature!
