Caregivers’ Yoga
Caregiver Yoga class is an experience curated for those who dedicate their time and energy to caring for others. This class emphasizes mindfulness and rest, and provides a supportive space for caregivers to take care of themselves.
In this class there is optional opportunities to share experiences and find support among fellow caregivers. More than movement and mindfulness this class is a chance to pause, reflect, recharge, and nurture yourself.
Through mindful awareness and community support, Caregiver’s Yoga encourages self-exploration and personal growth, making it an ideal space for anyone looking to enhance their wellbeing.
What to Expect:
This class usually blends some energetic movements to warm up, some rest and relaxation practices, and opportunities to try out mindfulness tools such as breath work or meditation. We strive to tailor the class to what the participants ask for each time.

Dance Party
Our Monthly Dance Party offers an hour filled with movement, laughter, and connection as we celebrate the movement, music, and community. Our facilitator will lead the group through some accessible choreography, but the real magic happens when you express yourself in your own unique way.
This inclusive environment welcomes everyone, whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just looking to have fun. Feel free to follow along with the guided steps or groove to your own beat.
Through mindful awareness and community support, Open Up’s Dance Party encourages self-exploration and personal growth, making it an ideal space for anyone looking to enhance their wellbeing.
What to Expect:
Come show us your moves! Join us for an hour of dancing, laughing, and making friends.
Our facilitator will be guiding the group with some dance moves but everyone is welcome to follow along or move in their own way.
Each participant is welcome to bring one parent, caregiver, or friend. If your group is bringing more folks, please register each one individually.

Deaf Yoga + ASL Interpreter
Deaf Yoga is a gentle yoga practice that centers individuals who are Deaf or hard of hearing but is open to the community. We focus on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in an inclusive environment. Each session incorporates visual cues, lighting, clear demonstrations, and a supportive atmosphere, offering everyone a chance to connect with their bodies and breath.
This class emphasizes slow, deliberate movements and pose variations, allowing participants to focus on how they are feeling all along the way. Through mindful awareness and community support, Deaf Yoga encourages self-exploration and personal growth, making it an ideal space for anyone looking to enhance their well-being.
What to Expect:
Move, breath, and learn about yoga philosophy in a safe and welcoming environment.
The pacing of this class is slow and relaxed.
Supportive props available such as chairs, mats, and wall space.
This class is suitable for people ages 18+

Improv + Yoga
This lighthearted class is designed to encourage self-expression and connection in a welcoming space. Yoga + Improv offers a unique experience that begins with fun improv games and ends with practicing yoga poses and intentional rest. This class allows participants to explore their creativity and mindful movement in ways that feel best to them.

What to Expect:
A 20 minute relaxing lunchtime movement break doing a few yoga poses led by Emily
A 20 minute chance to connect with others through social games led by Colton in a supportive environment.
This class is suitable for people ages 5+ (youth must be accompanied by adults)
This class is usually led by Colton and Emily.

Inclusive Ballet
Inclusive Ballet offers a fun and welcoming class designed for anyone, no dance experience necessary! In this supportive environment, we’ll explore gentle movements and accessible poses that promote mindfulness and body awareness.
Through playful exploration and encouraging guidance, you’ll build confidence while enhancing your wellbeing in community with others.
Through mindful awareness and community support, Inclusive Ballet encourages self-exploration and personal growth, making it an ideal space for anyone looking to enhance their wellbeing.
What to Expect:
This hour long adult ballet class is the perfect introduction to ballet for absolute beginners in dance. In this class you’ll learn fundamental ballet steps and vocabulary.
This class is for participants ages16+
All exercises are aimed to condition the body while building strength and flexibility.

What to Expect:
Connect movement to breath with a mixture of energetic yoga movements and a cool-down period to help transition to the end of your day
This class is suitable for people ages 12+ (youth must be accompanied by adults)

Spectrum Yoga
Spectrum Yoga centers individuals on the autism spectrum. This class focuses on building mindfulness tools, gentle strength and flexibility, and self-empowerment in a supportive environment.
Participants engage in accessible movements and explore poses that promote physical and mental wellbeing while encouraging self-expression.
Through mindful awareness and community support, Spectrum Yoga encourages self-exploration and personal growth, making it an ideal space for anyone looking to enhance their wellbeing.
What to Expect:
This is an affinity group for any participant identifying as neurodivergent.
The focus of this class will be learning to link breath with movement to encourage a deeper understanding and connection with our physical bodies. This class is a faster moving class.
At times during classes, some participants may need to make sudden movements or sounds.
This class is suitable for participants 18+
This class is usually led by Anna Marshall

Stretch and Strengthen
Stretch and Strengthen Class focuses on light strength building, coordination, and enhancing gross motor skills in a fun and supportive atmosphere. This class is designed for all levels and incorporates various props, including resistance bands, weighted sandbags, and partner exercises, to help you strengthen your muscles and improve overall fitness.
In addition to strength training, we integrate gentle yoga stretches and breath work, promoting flexibility and mindfulness throughout the practice. This class encourages participants to explore their abilities while providing a safe space to challenge themselves and grow.
Through mindful awareness and community support, Inclusive Ballet encourages self-exploration and personal growth, making it an ideal space for anyone looking to enhance their wellbeing.
What to Expect:
Ample amount of time to practice each movement or exercise
Collaboration with each student to find the best mode to produce an intended stimulus
Slow transitions between movements
Breaks can be taken at any time

This class is great for ages 12+ (adults accompany if under 18)

Supported Yoga for Autism
Supported Yoga for Autism emphasizes a comfortable and nurturing environment for participants to explore movement and mindfulness. This class provides ample time to work through transitions and explore poses at your own pace, to help everyone best experience it in their own ways.
Participants are encouraged to bring a caregiver or friend for added support, fostering a sense of safety and community. This class aims to create a space where everyone can express themselves, build confidence, and enjoy the benefits of yoga.
Through mindful awareness and community support, Inclusive Ballet encourages self-exploration and personal growth, making it an ideal space for anyone looking to enhance their well-being.
What to Expect:
This is an affinity group for any participant identifying as autistic; their caregiver, family, and friends are welcome.
Many participants in this class are supported by a caregiver, friend, parent, or communication partner to help facilitate their experience.
The focus of this class will be learning to link breath with movement to encourage a deeper understanding and connection with our physical bodies. This is a slower moving class with ample time for transitions.
